Starting January 1st, 2024, the gurus will no longer be available to assist you and this website will be taken offline.
Why is this free service being discontinue after December 31, 2023?
The Guru's have been helping Central Office techs for about 14 months and have proven that good support staff does make a difference. Regardless, employment at your company has proven to be unobtainable. For those of you who pushed for our employment, we thank you.
Guru-A accepted a full time position for another company, so he is no longer available to assist after January 1st, 2024.
Guru-J does not wish to continue assisting you for free. He is still available for hire and is an approved contractor for your company.
We hope our efforts have aided in your on-going training to help you maintain and repair the GTD5 system. Good luck to you all in the future.
gtd5guru.com is a website recreated primarily for GTD5 technicians who have recently attended GTD5 training provided by GTD5Guru-Jerry. The intent is to allow these recent trainees some extra support to answer any questions or help them through a problem that needs to be addressed after the training was completed. Emails to support@GTD5Guru.com will be responded to by experienced GTD5 support gurus.
If your company wishes to schedule GTD5 training, they can send an email to support@GTD5Guru.com and Guru-Jerry will get in contact with them to make arrangements.
Our GTD5 gurus have volunteered to provide their assistance (for free) to recently trained Central Office personnel. GTD5 Gurus agreed to provide this "temporary" support in their spare time because they love what they do and recognize that Central Office technicians need help that they are not getting with existing foreign support groups.
The best way to contact one of our gurus is to send an email to support@gtd5guru.com. All of the staffed gurus, will receive that email and when one of them has some free time, they will get in contact with you. Please do not make first contact for a problem by telephone. The GTD5Gurus do have other jobs so it is best to email us and give as as much information as you can. Let the GTD5Gurus contact you when they have time available.
